Reverse engineering,
prototypes and one-offs

A part with no drawing, a concept on paper, or a 3D model. We produce the CAD and the toolpaths in-house, print or machine a first article, then run the batch once you are happy.

Obsolete parts

When the machine is down and
the part is discontinued

The only one left is the broken one in your hand, and the supplier is quoting twelve weeks from overseas.

We measure what you have, produce a drawing, and make a new one. Often in better material than the original, because we are not tied to what the factory used.

Earthmoving and construction plant, industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, and one-off gear where nothing is available at any price.

Prototypes

Sketch to first article to run

  • Reverse-engineer an existing part and produce the drawing
  • 3D printed first article to check fit before we cut metal
  • One-off machining in steel, stainless, aluminium and plastics
  • Revisions tracked and quoted, both sides confirm, nothing guessed
  • Straight into production once the design settles

Who uses it

People who need the part
before they need the tooling

Product companies, equipment builders, maintenance teams and inventors. Several of our customers arrived with one part and now run standing monthly orders.

The drawing is yours once the job is paid. We keep a copy so the next run matches the first.

Everything runs through your own account

Job details, drawings, revisions, quote approval and job tracking all live in one place. Create an account, lodge the job and attach the drawing — you will get a written quote with a real date, and you can watch the job move across the floor without ringing us.
