Inspection

Measured, and written down

Inspection is manual and it is recorded. Micrometers, verniers, bore gauges, thread and pin gauges.

On a small job you get a report at the end. On a longer one we check and report at stages through the run, so nothing is found at the end that should have been found at the start. On a big job that is usually four checkpoints.

We machine to your drawing, including where hole pitch or a fit is called up as critical. Material certificates pass through on request.

Laser cutting, heat treatment, plating, anodising and gear cutting go to the same suppliers we have used for years. You get a finished part back, and one invoice.
