CNC Machinist › Batch and repeat runs
Ten to a thousand, without the lead times or minimum orders of a larger shop. We keep your drawings, your fixtures and your settings, so the second run matches the first and the fifth matches both.
How it works
Much of our work is standing work — the same component, month after month, for customers who have been here for years.

What we run in batches
Axle lugs, tamp heads, spacers, pins, bushes, plates and profiles, adaptors, handles, studs and threaded specials. Steel, stainless, aluminium, bronze and engineering plastics.
Small repetition runs keep the per-part cost down without tying your money up in warehoused stock. Enough throughput to keep the schedule short. That is the balance a shop this size can hold and a larger one usually cannot.
Tracking it
The quote, the approval, the stage and the invoice all sit against the same job in your account. No ringing to ask where it is.
Laser cutting, heat treatment, plating, anodising and gear cutting go to the same suppliers we have used for years. You get a finished part back, and one invoice.
How to get a quote
Job details, drawings, revisions, quote approval and job tracking all live in one place. Create an account, lodge the job and attach the drawing — you will get a written quote with a real date, and you can watch the job move across the floor without ringing us.
