Twin pallet machining means the fifth run looks like the first. That matters when the part is on the outside of the product.
Materials
The grades we run
6061-T6 round solid. 6061-T651 plate to 80mm thick, sheet to 2,500 × 1,300mm. 5083 H112 plate. 6060-T5 in flat bar, round solid, round tube and square hollow section.
If the part is going to be anodised, say so before we quote. Some grades finish evenly and some do not, and it is cheaper to settle that before the first cut.

Anodised and back to you
Anodising goes to a Melbourne anodiser we have used for years, black and colour. Plating where the part calls for it.
You get the finished component, not a box of raw machining and a second supplier to chase.
